There is no way on earth the eagles go with a LB in the first round. That's the strength of their team. CJ may not be sold, but the Eagles coaches and fans sure are. They have 4 young linebackers that are all proven starters that they are really high on, and another that they like that has barely even got on the field because of the competition. Their needs are OT, WR, RB, S, DE, TE.

You're one of the few people out there who has a pick that makes sense for the Chiefs at #3. Aaron Curry is who I would really like to see the Chiefs take. If not him, then Eugene Monroe if he's available to take care of the right tackle spot. Some people have the Chiefs taking Orakpo...ha! No way is he even top 10 talent. Neither is Mark Sanchez. If the Chiefs take either of them, I will be extremely disappointed.

I like the mock overall, but I will guarantee you that the Chargers do not select a TE with that selection. Have you not heard all of A.J. Smith's verbal jabbering in regards to L.T.'s future with the Bolts?

I'd bet the Chargers select a RB or CB with that pick. My bet is on Noshown Moreno.

I'm a Lions fan btw, so this isn't biased. And if the Lions are able to duplicate this mock I'd be extatic, but I still think their best bet is to go defense with one of these picks, especially if B.J. Raji is available at #20 somehow. The Lions could also select Duke Robinson as a LG and keep Cherilus at RT in case Oher didn't fall to them there.

The attempt by Buffalo to trade John McCargo was more of an indication of the team's disappointment with McCargo than indicative of weakness at defensive tackle. Buffalo can use some depth there, but they love Marcus Stroud, and they're pretty happy with Kyle Williams and Spencer Johnson. Their pass rush has been pitiful from their defensive ends even before Aaron Schobel's injury, and they played a journeyman caliber guy at strong side OLB. They also have needs at center and tight end, but are drafting a little high to be looking at those positions in the first round. As Buffalo moves up in the draft order in your next mock, look for them to try and snag a top defensive end or outside linebacker. Aaron Curry or Michael Johnson are possibilities if they are still on the board, or Greg Hardy if they are not.

dont see the bears going WR for their 1st round. they need help at DE or safety more than anything. i see the bears looking first at DE (everett brown, micheal johnson, or greg hardy) and if no DE's are there, going with a safety (mays or moore).
harvin is good, but not worth it that high. true football insiders know D-line and O-line is where the strength of any good team lies. Wr's are usually one of the last pieces to be added once you are confident in your lines.

hes a good rookie and I think that the lions pick and the jets pick should be switched around b/c the jets o-line is as veteran as they come, half of them could retire this year, and the lions need help on their defense, otherwise, the draft is a-ok in my opinion

this mock draft makes me sick. To think you dont have oher in the top 5 is freakin ridiculous! The dudes a beast! The lions will probably be the ones to pick him up. They need major upgrades on the o-line. They will NOT go with qb here because well marinelli will prolly still be the head coach cuz the fords are idiots. Hence marinelli will stick with culpepper or yes sadly kitna. Leaves two veteran qb's and two younger qbs in stanton and orlovsky. If the lions clean house (sell team, replace all front office)then they will go with a qb or possibly trade down. I just dont see the lions being that smart.
